MATILDA has loved alligators ever since she can remember. She used to dream of being one, swimming in a shadowy swamp, under the lily pads, a modern dinosaur roaming the world in gorgeous geometric armor. She yearns to leave the comforts and noise of the city to slip under the deep water of a Louisiana Bayou where she can rest and think only of floating with currents and tides.
Matilda was thrown on the wheel and is made of tan stoneware clay. Clay extras (crowns etc) are added and she is fired, designed and glazed and fired again. She is hollow and bottomless so feel free to hide secret stuff under her.
MEASUREMENTS
9.5 inches tall
4.5 inches at base
