birdmagic pottery + friends Annual Mothers Day Spring Open House
Hellloooo! It is time again for my favorite event of the year! That’s right, the Spring Open House :) I love this event because I get to show my work without leaving home, I get to see old friends and meet new ones…Plus my whole family helps out so that is the very best thing.
I am excited to show you the new pottery therapy pieces I have been working on all winter and clean out the studio of pieces that have been hanging around too long….and pieces that may have a flaw or two but are still fun or functional. There will be cool art, disco guinea pig mystery bags, raffle prizes and a fun activity for the kiddos. And baked goods! We always have little snackies to elevate your shopping experience. :)
PLUS!!! I am excited to welcome Kate from 2LabsStudios (gorgeous nature inspired lino cut cards and more) and Sean Sterzer (Grand Haven graphic paper art magician and legend) who will also be vending their gorgeous artwork for you to grab up.
Bring a pal or two, park in my yard, come have a cookie and come join the fun. Pick up something for your Mom, because you are a Mom, or something just for yourself because you are awesome. It has been a hell of a year. You deserve a little treat. Hopefully the Red Bud will be blooming during the event again this year.

This will be my only in person local art fair this summer! I love the Lakeshore Arts Festival crew. I will have tons of new work to share with you. I have done this show for many years and love coming back each year. Come see me! I think I am in my usual spot this year.

birdmagic Annual Spring Mother's Day Open House
Hey Y'all! It is that time of year again! Time to have a Spring Open House right before Mother's Day! I will have cool new pottery to share as well as lots of discounted items! Last year every piece of my discounted pottery sold. Let's try to do that again. Out with the old and in with the new, I always say.
I look forward to this event personally because my whole family chips in and I get to see so many friends and make new ones. As always we will have light refreshments, a peaceful shopping atmosphere and I will probably send you home with some native wildflower seeds as a thank you. Hope to see you all here. Grab your friends, come park on our lawn and browse a little.
And let's face it, your Mom deserves something cool this year because really, you weren't always fun to raise. You know you weren't. Remember the broken vase(s) and that time(s) you snuck out your window to meet the dude on the motorcycle? (maybe I am projecting..) She deserves it and we all need to be spreading around some love these days. Or if you are a Mom and deserve a little something, even if just an hour away from your kids, come on by. I would love to see you. Also, bring your kids. I will have a fun little thing for them to do if they come. Cheers!

This will be my only art fair north of Spring Lake this year. Hope to see you at this beautiful event. Always good to be close to my hometown. Sat 10-5, Sunday 10-4.

This will be one of my few in person selling events this year. Always such a great show. The show is in beautiful downtown Muskegon on Saturday June 29 and Sunday June 30th, 9a-5p each day.
