Hand built and wonky on purpose. I am torn on whether I like the sleek symmetrical lines of wheel thrown pottery or these organic, wonky, absolutely uneven pieces best. They are both fun to make and charming for different reasons.
This vase is made from white stoneware clay and then illustrated with underglaze and glaze. Most of my designs I just draw on the clay without a plan..sort of a stream of consciousness thing.
This would make a great gift.
Suggested Flower Pairing- Orange or red hollyhocks or gladiolas
